Chocolate-soaked autumn berry fruits in this full-flavoured red.
Carmenère is a Bordeaux export but one that the Chileans have long-since made their own. As a grape variety it thrives in the pure air and almost-perfect vine-growing conditions. The wine has heaps of autumnal hedgerow berry fruits and fine tannins. Plenty of flavour but not too heavy.
