This tiny little appellation produces, in Andrew Jefford’s words ‘some of the coolest, freshest, and often most perfumed red wines of the Languedoc’. This is just that, and a really lovely treat
Full-flavoured red which has blackcurrant, damson and sweet, jammy fruits with just a dash of spice. Each grape variety is vinified separately before the final decision on the blend is made. The final wine has good fruit character with backbone and length. Lovely wine.
