Coyam has a name synonymous with quality and despite only being on its fourth vintage is still able to claim almost iconic status. There's an unbelievable depth and breadth of flavour to this wine which unravels generously on the palate.
Coyam has a name synonymous with quality and despite only being on its fourth vintage is still able to claim almost iconic status. It's a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, carmenère, syrah and mourvèdre. There's an unbelievable depth and breadth of flavour to this wine which unravels generously on the palate. Tannins are well-placed and give the wine the structure it needs. Very enjoyable now this wine will continue to develop in bottle over the coming three years or so.
