Delivery costs
We have a single flat delivery charge for the UK mainland of £10.00. There is no minimum order.
Residents in non-mainland locations should contact us for a quote but please refer to the estimates below for an indication:
Northern Ireland - £25.00
Some Highlands and Scottish islands - £25.00
Isle of Man - £35.00
Isle of Wight - £28.00
We regret that we are unable to deliver goods outside the UK.
Delivery time
Any orders made before 12pm on a working day will arrive four working days later, i.e. if you order Monday at 11am your purchase should arrive by the end of Friday.
If you make any orders after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, your orders will be processed the following working day, and arrive four working days later. So if you order on a Saturday, your order should arrive by the end of the following Friday.
Your order may arrive in less than four working days, but if you want to guarantee receiving your goods by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Our delivery process
If any of your chosen products are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange substitution. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have confirmed the final order with you.
Once your order is dispatched, we will email confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
To help us deliver your order on time, please provide instructions during the checkout process on what to do if you are not in when we attempt delivery. Alternatively our courier will leave a card and wait for you to make contact to arrange re-delivery or collection.
