Pinot Grigio grapes ripen slowly in Friuli Grave, giving expressive floral and pear character.
Friuli-Grave sits to the north of Venice and here, the marginal growing conditions make for grapes with plenty of character and balance. The resulting wine has a rose petal nose with pears and apricots too.
