Flamboyant, ostentatious, showy… there's not much that's subtle about this extravagantly flavoured Spanish red: kirsch, liquorice, black cherry fruits… and so it goes on! Marvellous.
Hugely impressive red from Priorat in north-east Spain, this is unbelievably good with layers of flavour: kirsch, liquorice, black cherry, mulberry, spice… it goes on for an eternity. Certainly requires a robust food partner.
