With oodles of pazzaz and more than its fair share of wow-factor, this is a sublime wine made from the very finest merlot grapes. Hugely concentrated with a dense plum and dark chocolate coated fruits. Aged in oak barrels for a year.
Merlot grapes are harvested by hand, which enables only the very best grapes to be selected. The result is a wine of great structure and nobility. Once in the cellar grapes are destemmed and then lightly pressed. The resulting must is transferred to steel vats for fermentation. Oak ageing lasts between 10 and 12 months, depending on the vintage.
