Arrays of complex aromas, from cinnamon to liquorice allsorts compliment this rich, full-bodied wine.
This vineyard was chosen for its location on the banks of the Te Arai stream and has been farmed according to biodynamic techniques since 1983. Excellent vintage producing fully-ripened deeply coloured grapes with full flavour and a soft warm finish. Aged for a short time in French oak and bottled early in spring, this wine exudes herbal-scented class.
